This allows the user to harness the power of our SMART STRENGTH Technology, manipulating the resistance profile to overload different areas within the exercise movement

Setting 3 - Beginning (Lengthened)
This attachment will work on a 3’’ square upright with 1’’ through holes on 2’’ centers. This product includes the smart arm and roller attachment only. All other items are sold separately.
